Email Marketing Specialist

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Email Marketing Specialist for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build and send targeted email campaigns, newsletters and automated sequences
• Manage and grow email subscriber lists with a focus on hygiene and deliverability
• Design and execute A/B tests on subject lines, content, layouts and send times
• Analyse campaign performance and report on open rates, clicks and revenue attribution
• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling email creative
• Optimise email workflows and automation journeys in Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot

Requirements

• 3+ years of email marketing experience
• Expert proficiency in email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot
• Strong copywriting skills and understanding of email design best practices
• Data-driven approach with excellent analytical and reporting abilities
• Good understanding of GDPR and email marketing compliance requirements
