Email Marketing Project Manager

The Email Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client strategies. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to edit and optimize email templates while maintaining brand consistency.

The Schedule:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST

Must-Haves:

• Experience in Klaviyo
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work PST hours
• Basic knowledge of email template editing (best practices) & AI-generated drafts
• Ability to edit basic design assets (Canva/Figma templates provided)

Core Tasks:

• Project Management: Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows are optimized.
• Email & SMS Content Creation: Schedule, write, and optimize content following brand guidelines.
• Template & Design Updates: Edit email templates and update designs using Canva/Figma as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA checks before final review and client approval.
• Klaviyo & Campaign Execution: Set up, segment, and execute email/SMS campaigns, optimizing workflows for better performance.

The Compensation:

• ₱55,000 to ₱75,000/month
