Elementary Head Teacher Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and assess the subjects of History, Geography, Science and Language Arts.
  • Create weekly lesson plans in collaboration with the other teachers of the grade for all the subjects that are taught.
  • Give close and timely social  and academic follow-up to each of the students of the group.
  • Establish and maintain clear and constant communication with the parents or guardians  of every student of the class.
  • Perform active guard duties when assigned.
  • Create original digital materials to present the content of the subjects that are taught to the students.
  • Ensure and promote the physical and emotional well-being of every student in the classroom.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Studies: Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy, Education, Language Teaching or similar.
  • Technological Skills: Basic knowledge of Office tools. Basic knowledge of the GSuite for Education.
  • Other knowledge: Safeguarding and child protection.
  • Languages: B2 or C1 English
  • Required Experience: 3 years as a full-time classroom teacher of kids.
