Electronics Technician, Residences, Costa Navarino (2026)

The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.

The Residences, Costa Navarino are looking for a Residences Electronics Technician. The Electronics Systems Technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing all installed electronic systems within the facility. The role ensures the smooth and safe operation of critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the proper functioning of electronic systems and report any malfunctions.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair faults to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with external vendors or contractors for installations or complex technical issues.
• Keep accurate records of interventions, parts used, and system configurations.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and internal technical protocols

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical role.
• Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Automation, or IT Networks (from IEK, TEI, or University)
• Very good English skills
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Building Management Systems (BMS, KNX)
• Alarm & Fire Safety Systems
• Wired/Wireless Networks (Wi-Fi, Ethernet)
• Satellite and Terrestrial TV Systems
• Intercom & Access Control Systems
• AV Equipment (speakers, amplifiers, projectors)
• Ability to read technical diagrams and user manuals.
• Good computer literacy (Windows, MS Office).
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in using specialized software related to electronic systems for fault diagnosis and repair.
• Technical knowledge and understanding of automation systems Technical knowledge and skills in repairing electronic systems
• Certifications in BMS or Security Systems (e.g., KNX, Honeywell, Siemens, Hikvision).
• Experience in large facilities (hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings).
• Valid license to practice as an electronics technician (if required by law).
• Driving license.
• Use of hand tools and specialized electronic tools
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and accountability.
• Communication skills
