Electrician

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a dependable and skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team. As part of our company, you will provide high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, and repair services primarily for residential and property management clients. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential properties.
• Inspect electrical systems, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with National Electric Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Estimate job costs and materials, and communicate timelines to clients and supervisors.
• Maintain safety protocols and standards while working on all projects.
• Coordinate with clients and property managers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid Electrical License required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• General liability insurance preferred.

Salary: $400-500/per day average (changeouts pay substantially more)
