Job description

A DAY IN THE LIFE 

  • Managing teams of self-perform crews and any subcontractors that may be assisting 

  • Tracking and controlling the costs, schedule, materials, and personnel of the project at the field level 

  • Responsible for overall safety of personnel within the scope of work 

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the field in a timely manner  

  • Providing regular coaching and feedback to Assistant Superintendents and Forepersons 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

  • Ability to review the bid package for accuracy, completion, and electrical scope 

  • 5 years’ experience supervising self-perform construction crews 

  • Progressive view on both safety practices and program implementation 

  • Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test 

  • Willingness to Travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations 

    WHAT WILL SET YOU APART 

    • Proficiency in areas such as underground cable installation or cable terminations including up to medium voltage 345kV 

    • Electrical Licenses (Journeyman, Master, etc.) 

    • Four-year degree in a construction or engineering related field

      $119,985.00 - $173,978 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
