Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical maintenance activities at a nuclear power plant. This position supervises maintenance technicians and ensures electrical work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with plant procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical maintenance technicians performing preventive, corrective, and modification work
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations, Engineering, and Work Management
• Review work packages and ensure safe, high-quality execution of field work
• Support troubleshooting, equipment reliability improvements, and maintenance planning
• Lead electrical maintenance support during refueling outages
