Job Description:

Parsons' Unconventional Access is looking for an amazingly talented, fully cleared (TS/SCI) Electrical/Hardware Engineer to join our team! This immediate opening is positioned in some of the most sought-after work in this development and engineering community. In this role you will work to design, test, and analyze electrical circuits and hardware components as a part of a multidisciplinary engineering team building custom hardware and software products.
 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design, document, and develop electrical circuits for mixed-signal applications
  • Use Altium Designer to create circuit schematics and PCB layouts
  • Assist in developing hardware architectures and brainstorming solutions to challenging design requirements
  • Collaborate with software, RF, and mechanical engineers to optimize all areas of design
  • Provide technical leadership to less experienced engineers
  • Participate in and moderate peer reviews

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active TS.SCI government clearance
  • A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience as a HDE in mixed-signal electrical design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or a related field
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience using Altium design software
  • Experience working within formal engineering processes (configuration management, requirements tracking, design reviews)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on lab environment

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $148,300.00 - $266,900.00
