Electrical Foreman (Commercial Projects)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on commercial and/or industrial projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating installations, and ensuring all electrical and control systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

Salary: $70,000-85,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical crews in the installation of power distribution systems, lighting systems, and lighting control systems
• Interpret and execute electrical drawings, control schematics, and specifications
• Oversee installation and commissioning of lighting control systems (e.g., occupancy sensors, daylight harvesting, dimming systems, control panels)
• Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues in the field
• Track materials, equipment, and labor hours; assist with project scheduling and forecasting

Requirements:

• 3+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2+ years in a foreman or lead role
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred but not required
