The Advanced Radar Products Department empowers people to deliver innovative, affordable and producible products and technologies to support airborne Radar solutions throughout the full product lifecycle while remaining accountable for program execution cost, schedule, and performance. We provide best in industry technologies that align product capabilities to the needs of our customers and end- users. As an Electrical Engineer I, you will be part of a team of highly talented engineers that work on highly complex RADAR products and testsets for the RSS program. You will be working as a member of a test team and under the guidance of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead in Dallas and/or Plano, and/or McKinney, Texas.
What You Will Do:
- Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to circuit card assembly (CCA)/Module and component levels to include analog/digital//power circuitry and interfaces.
- Troubleshooting testsets down to component level to include analog and digital interfaces. Includes software.
- Resolution of issues on production line testsets in NTX and other sites outside of NTX– travel required. Expect about 5-10% travel
- Work in a team environment to assure the production and sustainment turnaround time is met.
- Analysis of test data of products to make sure test specifications are met. Reading and interpreting and applying engineering drawings, including assembly drawings, parts lists, wire lists, and schematics.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained prior to start date.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Ability to troubleshoot electronics.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Basic Matlab knowledge
- Basic measurement equipment experience. Such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
