ELA English Teacher

We are looking for an ELA English Teacher for a Bilingual School based in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting from August 2026.

Chinese/American Bilingual School based in Beijing, it specializes in the teaching and management of K-12 Chinese-American programs as well as British (Cambridge) programs. The school has a kindergarten, primary and secondary education divisions and provide students with a comprehensive and well-rounded education that combines rigorous academic standards with cultural immersion and global perspectives.

Job details

• Teach the subject of English and IELTS to students for high school, and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

• Master Degree or above
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in teaching
• Hold a teaching certificate
• Passionate and Energetic in teaching
• Excellent English communication skills

Benefits

• Monthly salary range of 27,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Monthly housing allowance is 4.000 RMB

• Applicants sign an employment agreement and are assisted in applying for work visas and residence permits. Additional remuneration will be given for obtaining a PGCE/SACE/QTS/US teaching license, or for obtaining a master's/doctoral degree, or for good monthly attendance
