• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Auditing, or related disciplines; final-year students or fresh graduates are preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize data, perform basic analysis, and prepare clear and structured reports
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and the ability to apply them effectively to support research, document drafting, and workflow automation
• Exposure to the securities/stock market is an advantage (e.g. participation in investment competitions, company analysis projects, or academic thesis related to financial markets or securities research)
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work, particularly when handling data and documentation
• Proactive learning mindset, good analytical thinking, and willingness to take initiative in supporting team tasks
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with good time management and communication skills
