Apply to this jobPurpose Statement: Engage the organization to drive innovative solutions and help to achieve EHS excellence by supporting Plexus' resource efficiency efforts, waste reduction initiatives, Health and Safety programs, and other associated elements.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Work to align the EHS metrics and reporting efforts with company-wide goals, corporate EHS Strategy, organizational reputation and functional business priorities.
- Subject matter expert and assist content owners with areas of EHS, sustainability, and 3rd party certifications, audits, rankings and awards (e.g. ISO, ISS, CDP, RBA, and more).
- Conduct EHS reviews, and aid sites in identifying corrective measures to rectify any nonconformance to external legal/regulatory requirements, as well as internal compliance to the Plexus EHS-MS.
- Partner cross functionally with all levels of the organization, vendors, industry peers, and others in support of EHS and sustainability strategies, and the associated goals, targets and initiatives.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
