EHS Engineer I

Purpose Statement:

Entry level engineer that contributes to maintain EHS programs to further improve EHS as an integral part of site operations.

Job Respondsibilities:

• Provides general support to EHS Function across all operations.

• Responsible to maintain EHS matrix and ensure task compliance to company standard, best practice and legal compliances.

• Maintain EHS programs and participates in new program implementation.

• Performs day to day activities to maintain compliance of a Large Quantity Waste Generator.

• Support management and pro-actively work to reduce workplace injury frequency and severity rates.

• Support and sustain on Behavioral Based EHS Culture.

• Participates with internal and external EH&S compliance audits, self-assessments, and inspections throughout the facilities.

• Required to coordinate EHS related training.

• Understands and proactively follows through on the Environmental Management Procedures that have been identified as relevant to the position.

• Communicate effectively across the Penang BSC.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates required to prossess at least bachelor degree in any related field.
• Required EHS knowledges and engineering basic knowledges.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
