About the team:
Join our Content Operations team and play a vital role in empowering entertainment/sports/publishing creators and partners around the world! We focus on enhancing the experience of creating Professionally Generated Content (PGC) on our platform, driving creativity and innovation in the short-video space. This role sits within the Operations Strategy team, which seeks to drive effectiveness and efficiency of Ops programs and management by standardizing best practice, diagnosing and solving global underperformance and supplementing our strategies with external insight & rigour.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities:
As an Efficiency Analyst in the Content Operations team, you will build
- Efficiency Metrics Enablement: Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to define/build operational efficiency metrics. Enable Operations Strategy team with dashboards and data infrastructure for regular global efficiency-driven business reviews and ad hoc analyses.
- Performance Analysis: Measure key program and partnership performance, establish benchmarks to diagnose under/over-performance, and analyze underlying levers for growth.
- Best Practices & Scaling: Analyze operational project structures to identify local best practices, and support their adoption globally.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an analytical field.
- Strong data and analysis skills.
- Experience with building and managing data pipelines and dashboards.
- Understanding of operations and program/partnerships performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of the digital content ecosystem and social media metrics.
- Ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams across operations, product, data science/data warehouse, partnerships and programs.
- Ability to translate complex data into pragmatic and actionable best practices.
