WHAT WE DO
The Education Operations team supports the delivery and continuous improvement of Relativity’s education and certification programs. The team manages operational processes, learning systems, program logistics, and stakeholder communications to ensure high-quality learning experiences while driving efficiency through process improvements and automation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Education Operations Specialist supports the execution of education programs through operational and administrative activities that ensure the successful delivery of learning experiences. This role also contributes to process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies that help scale education programs and reduce manual effort.

Job Description and Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support workspace creation, scheduling activities, and LMS updates.

  • Review and manage flagged candidate attempts.

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to education programs in a timely manner.

  • Execute training and certification contracts while collaborating with Finance and Legal teams to refine and improve processes.

  • Assist with program logistics and documentation, including scheduling trainings and webinars across internal systems.

  • Support projects, process improvement initiatives, and AI-driven innovations that increase scalability and eliminate manual processes.

  • Track action items and support timelines for team and department projects.

  • Communicate program updates and project status to stakeholders.

  • 1-3 years of professional experience.

  • Basic experience working with learning management systems (LMS).

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

96 000 and 144 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
