Title: EDGE L2 Shift Engineer

Location: Cebu, Philippines

Model of work: Onsite; 24/7 Shift (4-on / 4-off, 12 hrs)

What You’ll Do

• Provide L2 technical support via email, chat, and calls
• Monitor live environments and resolve incidents in real time
• Manage and support Linux & Windows servers
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
• Support deployments and cloud/store infrastructure
• Drive customer satisfaction while meeting SLA/OLA targets
• Collaborate with global teams and assist in onboarding new hires

What You Bring

• 1+ year experience in IT support (Linux-focused)
• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls)
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios)
• Exposure to cloud & containers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Experience with file systems (ZFS, DRBD, Ceph, etc.)
• CouchDB or security-sensitive environments
• Interest in AI/ML technologies
