Executive Summary

Intel is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Ecosystem Development Specialist to join the newly established team. This is a great opportunity to work at the forefront of technology strategy, partnerships, and business development — driving Intel China's growth across the most dynamic and high-impact markets in the industry. If you are passionate about building the ecosystems that shape the future of technology, this is where your impact begins.

About the Role

Candidates may apply to one of three focus areas based on their interests and background:

Track 1: Physical AI - Robotics

Lead strategic ecosystem development initiatives across Physical AI — spanning Robotics, Autonomous Systems, and Intelligent Edge Computing. You will engage with a diverse partner landscape — including AI startups, OEMs, system integrators, research institutions, and industry alliances — to accelerate the adoption of Intel technologies powering the next generation of intelligent machines.

Track 2: Custom ASIC

Support business development initiatives across hyperscalers, OEMs, ASIC design firms, IP providers, and semiconductor ecosystem partners. Help identify market opportunities and shape strategic engagements in AI, cloud, networking, automotive, and edge computing.

Track 3: Agentic AI: Token Economy & AI Infrastructure

Explore emerging opportunities at the convergence of AI compute, data centers, cloud infrastructure, energy ecosystems, and next-generation digital infrastructure. Support ecosystem development and partnership strategies that enable future AI growth.

What You Will Do

You will operate across strategic execution, partnership management, and cross-functional collaboration — to deliver measurable business impact:

·      Strategy & Execution: execute the business development strategy in China with a clear linkage to semiconductor platforms, system architecture, and long-term ecosystem evolution.

·      Ecosystem Influence: proactively engage with ecosystem partners to influence strategic technology decisions and platform adoption.

·      Partnership Development: identify, develop, and execute strategic partnerships and ecosystem initiatives that enable the adoption of Intel solutions.

·      Sales & Business Alignment: collaborate with Sales to shape customer strategy, facilitate executive engagements, and convert partnership activities into tangible business outcomes.

·      Product Roadmap Influence: translate local customer needs into solution requirements by orchestrating alignment across functional units and influencing local product positioning.
