Ecommerce Catalog Specialist

Profile Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Catalog Specialist to manage and maintain product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms. In this role, you will ensure product information is accurate, complete, and optimized, while supporting new product launches, catalog updates, and ongoing merchandising initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience working with ecommerce marketplaces, strong Excel and data management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage large product catalogs in a fast-paced environment.

• Monday to Friday, 8 PM to 5 AM Manila Time
• US Holidays

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across ecommerce channels (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces as needed).
• Manage product data, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, images, and attributes.
• Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for each sales channel.
• Coordinate new product launches, product updates, and discontinued item maintenance.
• Perform catalog audits to identify and correct listing errors, missing content, or inconsistencies.
• Support bulk uploads, template management, and data entry activities.
• Monitor listing health and troubleshoot catalog issues as they arise.
• Assist with product categorization, merchandising, and collection management.
• Work closely with the ecommerce team on ad hoc catalog and merchandising projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace, or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large product datasets.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
