Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for a PA-CB (Payment Aggregator – Cross Border) Business Development role. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the export business ecosystem, a deep understanding of cross-border payment flows, and an established network within the PA-CB space.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive business development initiatives for PA-CB products, focusing on cross-border merchants and export-oriented businesses.

- Hunt and acquire new cross-border merchants, exporters, and international sellers for PA-CB payment solutions.

- Own the end-to-end merchant acquisition lifecycle — lead generation, pitching, negotiations, onboarding, and go-live.

- Identify high-potential export businesses and proactively drive partnerships to expand the merchant base.

- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) and cross-border settlement flows.

- Build and leverage a strong network in the PA-CB ecosystem to generate business opportunities.

- Drive revenue growth by closing new merchant deals and meeting acquisition targets.

- Work closely with product, compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing merchant support.

- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments in cross- border payments.

- Represent the company at industry events, exporter forums, and ecosystem meetups to build brand presence.
