Early Talent Junior analyst D&T Strategy

Location: Barcelona

As a Junior Analyst you will join the D&T strategy team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of IT strategies that align with dsm-firmenich's overall business objectives and will be recognized as industry best practices. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and provide insights that drive strategic IT decision-making globally.

Your key responsibilities

•    Assist in the development, monitoring, and refinement of IT strategic plans and roadmaps.
•    Support strategic initiatives, including digital transformation projects, process improvements, and technology investments.
•    Conduct research and analysis on technology trends, market developments, industry trends and best practices in digital and technology transformation.
•    Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
•    Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and project meetings to gather input and provide analytical support.
•    Maintain and update key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
