We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Busy Bees at Campbelltown, located at 70 Broughton Street, Campbelltown NSW 2560, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and engaging environment.

This opportunity would suit a confident Early Childhood Teacher with strong leadership capabilities who can guide and support educators to deliver inclusive, responsive learning experiences. The successful candidate will ideally have experience supporting children with diagnosed disabilities and additional needs, adapting educational programs to each child’s strengths and goals, and working collaboratively with families, educators and external professionals to promote meaningful participation, development and wellbeing.

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s development

• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture

• Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)

• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for NSW

• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded

• Current Working with Children Check for NSW

• A genuine passion for child-led learning and ongoing professional growth

• Demonstrated experience supporting children with diagnosed disabilities and additional needs through inclusive, individualised educational practices.
