Our client is looking for an e-Commerce Analyst professional to provide actionable insights to optimize and grow their digital business. You will be responsible for all digital analytics for their eCommerce, social media and digital marketing. As well as the day-to-day operations of their eCommerce site (search, email and display marketing).

 

Responsibilities of the e-Commerce Marketing Analyst:

Identify trends, areas of opportunity, scale and potential improvements to drive ongoing business vision and optimization

Deliver and articulate data findings and insights to a non-technical audience

Use Google Analytics to evaluate the performance of and opportunities for improvements in merchandising, site activity and user behavior.

Code new segments and funnels

Evaluate email marketing campaigns for trends in open rates and click through rates

Monitor and report on eCommerce impact from digital marketing campaigns

Create weekly and monthly KPI reports for digital marketing, social media marketing and eCommerce

Collect content and imagery for and create new skus on both the staging and production severs prior to product launches

Code weekly offers and site-messaging

Meet regularly with their SEM agency on account performance and improvements

Lead our copywriter and designer to create display advertising consistent with other channels communication

Set up and run ads on Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube,etc.

 

Requirements of the e-Commerce Marketing Analyst:

1-3 years experience in digital analytics, eCommerce merchandising, eCommerce marketing, email marketing, or other relevant fields

BS/BA degree

Must have excellent analytics skills, Google Analytics

Expert level in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Prior experience with email marketing and SEM desired

Basic HTML skills required

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
