E-commerce Director

Mood & Mind has been helping people to "feel good, think bright, and live happy" (our slogan) since 2008. We specialize in fun functional foods like mood lifting hot cocoa, but we offer a wide variety of teas, supplements, and health food products.

We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Director to control and oversee all business operations, staff, and growth. This position is highest ranking manager in the organization, answering directly to the owners.

The ideal candidate will be a strategist and a leader able to help steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long term goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the owners.
• Provide strategic advice to the owners so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
• Communicate and maintain trust relationships with the owners, business partners and authorities
• Manage all aspects of the company which includes importing, small scale manufacturing, e-commerce, fulfillment, wholesale distribution, and digital marketing.
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of team members providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

Salary:
Salary is offered in the 900000 – 115000 range depending on experience, with substantial performance bonus and profit sharing potential.

• Proven experience in a key management position
• 5+ years in management
• 3+ years in e-commerce / marketing
• An innate desire and ability to grow and improve endeavors
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
• Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's Degree
