Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic development, management and execution of all aspects of site operations including site development, web content management and delivery, site ops calendar, functionality and toolset upgrades, warehouse operations, customer service optimization, email delivery, promotions management, etc.
  • Partner with IT to develop and execute eCommerce-related IT priorities. Ensure LS&CO systems, processes and ongoing enhancements are seamlessly integrated into the GSI common engine platform with limited customer facing impact.
  • Lead the management and execution of seasonal site content strategy to support and deliver annual financial plan requirements and strategic marketing and merchandising initiatives.
  • Strategically develop, manage and execute within ecommerce site ops budget and deliver positive ROI.
  • Function as the expert and innovation leader of emerging ecommerce functionality trends, innovations and tools through research, agency partnership ongoing competitive review.
  • Think critically, technically and strategically across brands, divisions, functions and agencies in a highly dynamic and innovative channel.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working in partnership with Marketing on all electronic marketing efforts: electronic direct mail, banner ads, PPC, SEO, Social Media.
  • Coordinate site launches and/or traffic-driving events with appropriate partners.
  • Manage the timely deployment of all e-marketing and merchandising campaign content on the web site.
  • Complete eCommerce business projects and budgets to ensure timeliness and on-budget delivery.
  • Owns P&L and sales plan, working closely with Managing Director, LSA E-Commerce Leadership.
  • Oversee and be responsible for QA testing and deployment of product, content, campaign and promotion updates to the web site.
  • Ensure consistent branding, image and content delivery across the website and maintain accuracy of product descriptions and pricing.
  • Maximize site performance and enhance the consumer online shopping experience by leading the planning, scheduling, deployment, execution, and maintenance of all site content
  • Manage and report on all aspects of Web analytics including preparation and distribution of website performance reports as required.
  • Work independently to develop creative solutions to challenges.
  • Ownership of the successful ongoing operation, presence, and effectiveness of the website while enhancing the customer’s shopping experience.
  • Effectively manage and develop cross-functional department and matrix staff, providing for coaching and professional development opportunities as appropriate and as it pertains to online ecommerce.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and make a valuable contribution towards maintaining LSC culture of passion, innovation and sustainability.
  • Other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
