As a Technology Product Owner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of our technology initiatives within our Risk and Compliance practice. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative solutions that align with our business objectives and compliance standards. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of compliance programs to align with organizational standards
- Overseeing compliance risk assessments and regulatory reporting to maintain adherence to legal guidelines
- Managing the creation and revision of policies and procedures to support business ethics and corporate compliance
- Conducting compliance reviews and training sessions to enhance awareness and understanding across teams
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and mitigate operational risks within the organization
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategic questioning techniques for effective compliance oversight
- Monitoring budget allocations to validate efficient resource utilization in compliance initiatives
- Coaching and providing feedback to team members to foster a culture of ethical standards and continuous improvement
- Building relationships with internal teams to support the onboarding process design and compliance program implementation
- Embracing change and promoting creativity in developing policies and guidelines for compliance and risk management

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
