Responsibilities

• Offer unparalleled support to VIP Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently manage inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Deliver customized solutions and recommendations tailored to the unique needs of each VIP client.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service outcomes in our support management system.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay current on product knowledge and company offerings to provide effective assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an asset.
• Experience in customer service, particularly with VIP clients, is highly preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
• A proactive, friendly demeanor and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with customer support platforms and tools is a plus.
