In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Dutch-speaking clientele. You will assist customers through various channels, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. If you are motivated, personable, and fluent in Dutch, we would love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary multilingual support via phone, email, and chat to Dutch-speaking customers.
• Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Share product knowledge and effectively communicate service offerings to enhance customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve more complex inquiries.
• Stay updated on company products and policies to provide informed support to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service roles, especially in a multilingual environment, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is beneficial.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to helping customers achieve their goals.
