Your proficiency in Dutch will be critical as you engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing guidance on relevant services. Responsibilities

• Create and nurture strong relationships with Dutch-speaking customers to enhance loyalty.
• Proactively engage with customers to gauge satisfaction and tackle any challenges they may face.
• Promote additional services and solutions that align with customer preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to provide a seamless and effective customer journey.
• Analyze customer feedback to inform engagement strategies and service delivery improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
• Prior experience in customer service or loyalty roles is highly advantageous.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and deliver fitting solutions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Experience with CRM software and customer engagement tools is a plus.
