Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, providing swift and effective assistance.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing tailored solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
• Educate customers about our products and services, assisting them as needed.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop better customer engagement practices.
• Stay informed on product updates and company news to offer accurate support to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
• Experience with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
