Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, managing inquiries and providing exceptional support.
• Build and foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations fully.
• Resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and inform them about product updates or new offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and relay client feedback.
• Stay informed about market trends and company services to assist clients effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in client relations, account management, or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and client management tools is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
