Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with client inquiries related to business operations and support services.
• Effectively resolve customer issues to improve satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless business processes.
• Accurately document interactions with clients in our support systems.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required, along with a good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in business support or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is beneficial.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards customer service is essential.
