Das Studium Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen ist eine Kombination aus Wirtschaftswissenschaften und Ingenieurwissenschaften. Interessenten sollten sich für Technik und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge interessieren sowie organisatorisches Geschick aufweisen. Die Studierenden erhalten eine breite, interdisziplinär angelegte Ausbildung und werden insbesondere an den Schnittstellen von Technologie und Management eingesetzt. Bei Bürkert ist dies in der Projektierung, im Engineering, im Supply Chain Management, im Application Management und in den Systemhäusern.
