Summary:

The Dual Enrollment High School Instructional Partner collaborates with Northampton Community College to support the delivery of college-level coursework within participating high schools. This role serves as a bridge between the high school classroom and the college curriculum, helping ensure alignment with college learning outcomes, instructional practices, and academic expectations.

Ideal candidates:

  • Collaborate with the assigned college faculty or staff to support the implementation of college-level curriculum in the high school classroom.
  • Help reinforce course expectations, academic skills, and college-level learning practices.
  • Serve as a liaison between the high school and the college to support communication and coordination.
  • Support students in navigating course materials, assignments, and learning platforms.
  • Maintain alignment with college academic standards, policies, and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Current employment as a high school teacher and recommended by a partnering school district.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting student learning in a secondary classroom setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
