Driver Recruiter

The Driver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and retaining qualified Company and Independent Contractor drivers to fulfill nationwide staffing needs across all Hub Group terminals. Working closely with Operations, Onboarding, and Terminal Managers, the Driver Recruiter develops and maintains a robust driver candidate pipeline, conducts pre-qualification assessments, and places drivers in alignment with company goals and operational requirements. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, deep knowledge of driver compliance requirements, and a commitment to recruiting the safest, highest-quality drivers in the industry.
