Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicate daily with your team of drivers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure on-time delivery for all freight shipments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet companywide initiatives and objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with drivers, serving as their main point of contact for any issues they experience on the road, and supporting their professional growth within the organization.
  • Communicate safety expectations to drivers to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Track freight to confirm timely delivery within allotted timeframes.

Job Qualifications:

  • Relevant sales or management experience in the transportation industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts.
