You'll own the strategy behind how thousands of drivers join, engage, and stay on our platform—working at the intersection of Growth, Operations, Data, Product, and Leadership, while partnering directly with regional teams in Hong Kong to shape the future of our marketplace.
What you'll own
- Define and execute Mexico's Driver Growth & Retention strategy.
- Lead a high-performing Driver Operations team, turning data into actions that move key business metrics.
- Build acquisition programs that attract the best drivers and create an outstanding onboarding experience.
- Design initiatives that improve driver engagement, loyalty, and overall experience.
- Collaborate with Sales to create tailored operational solutions for strategic corporate clients.
- Love solving ambiguous, high-impact business challenges.
- Think with data and act with speed.
- Know how to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Enjoy building processes from scratch and continuously improving them.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments where execution matters.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years leading Operations, Growth, Marketplace, or Strategy teams in a tech company.
- Experience in logistics, mobility, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses is a big plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Fluent English (B2-C1)
Compensation (from employer):
90000–110000 MXN per-month-salary
