Pay: $24-32/hr (depending on experience) (~$50,000-$68,000 annually) + competitive benefits

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and update AutoCAD drawing packages with guidance or independently, depending on experience
- Revise drawings based on redlines and feedback
- Create drawings for tanks, foundations, piping, formwork, components, and accessories
- Produce scaled details, bid packages, and as-built drawings
- Convert hand sketches into accurate AutoCAD drawings
- Communicate clearly with engineers and fellow drafters to coordinate drawing updates
- Manage your workload effectively while supporting teammates and asking for guidance when needed
- Meet drawing submittal deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 1-10+ years drafting experience with AutoCAD
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Team player comfortable collaborating and asking for guidance
Preferred:
- Prior construction or fabrication experience
- Working knowledge with Excel
- Pipe or rebar detailing experience
