Job description

Collects, analyzes, evaluates, and reports data in order to increase sales productivity. Collects sales records and trends and evaluates performance measured against sales quotas. Provide support for field sales compensation including running Cognos system queries, validating data reports, researching and resolving sales inquiries, tracking adjustments, completing special projects, and other compensation related activities. Implement Varicent compensation system and other systems for administering commissions. Must be accurate, detailed, organized and a quick learner. Excellent Excel skills and system skills required. Requires a bachelor's degree in field of specialty
