We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Django Developer to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for a developer with at least two years of experience who is passionate about building robust web applications and collaborating across departments to create scalable, user-centric solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with business goals.
What you're responsible for:
- You will develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using Django and JavaScript frameworks
- You will design and implement new product features and enhancements
- You will debug and resolve issues across the full stack
- You will Assist in organizing and documenting requirements from business stakeholders
- You will participate in code reviews, design discussions, and development planning
- You collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Admin, Support) to refine feature requirements
- You build and maintain ETL pipelines and data transformations for Power BI reporting
- You develop integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, email, data APIs)
- You can contribute to improving overall system performance, scalability, and reliability
To join our team:
- 2+ years of experience with Django and Python for backend development
- 2+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Vue.js)
- Must be in the Pacific Time Zone or Mountain Time Zone
- Proficiency with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Solid understanding of full-stack architecture and deployment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
