Apply to this jobThe District Manager manages the operations to obtain short and long-term growth and profit objectives of assigned branches through the development of new business and marketplace presence. Directs the activities of the branches within the district and ensures that proper steps are taken to increase revenues, control expenses, compliance with company policies and procedures, and provide the highest level of customer service. Ensures consumer loan investments are made consistent with company policy and sound investment practices. Manages all aspects of human resources to include staff training, performance management, coaching and development, staffing and recruitment, individual performance goals, and related human resources issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze market to identify business opportunities and understand the competition.
- Analyze market and internal operations to determine proper business mix and resource allocation as they relate to profitability
- Review customer information in accordance with established credit criteria to recommend and make credit decisions and product options.
- Perform basis mathematical calculations.
- Communication Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, management and customers.
- Ability to make effective presentations.
