About Goodyear

We’re dedicated to producing, innovating, and servicing the best tires in the world. For over 125 years, Goodyear has led the way in developing smart solutions that shape the future of mobility. Today, we’re one global team united by bold thinking, relentless drive, and a passion to exceed expectations. If you’re ready to embrace change and make an impact in your career, let’s go.

Why This Role Matters

As a Distribution Controller, you will transform fragmented logistics and freight data into meaningful analytics that enable better operational and strategic decisions. By delivering accurate reporting, performance visibility, and actionable recommendations, you will help optimize distribution performance, improve cost control, and support service excellence across a diverse and dynamic regional supply chain.

Your work will directly influence how the business understands logistics performance, identifies improvement opportunities, and responds to an evolving global transportation environment.

What You'll Do

  • Transform complex and fragmented logistics data into meaningful business insights by developing reliable reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics that support Distribution and Supply Chain decision-making across the MEA region.

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards, data models, and automated reporting solutions by consolidating data from multiple internal systems and external logistics providers.

  • Analyze freight spending, transportation performance, service levels, distribution costs, and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Partner closely with Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, and regional leadership teams to provide data-driven recommendations that improve operational and financial performance.

  • Reconcile inconsistent and incomplete datasets by improving data quality, validating reporting accuracy, and creating standardized reporting structures across a complex logistics network.

  • Support strategic logistics initiatives by providing business analysis and performance visibility across multiple transportation modes, distribution channels, and international markets while adapting to evolving business requirements.

  • Drive reporting automation, process optimization, and business intelligence best practices that increase visibility, reduce manual reporting efforts, and enable faster, data-driven decision making.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or another related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Logistics Analytics, Business Intelligence, Operations Analytics, or a similar analytical role within an international environment.

  • Advanced experience with Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Excel, data modeling, dashboard development, and data visualization. Experience with additional BI tools is considered an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with multiple, fragmented, and incomplete data sources while transforming complex datasets into reliable business insights.

  • Good understanding of supply chain, transportation, freight operations, logistics cost drivers, distribution networks, and operational performance metrics.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Fluent English and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic international environment.

We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Even if you don't meet every listed qualification, we encourage you to apply.
