Dispatcher

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and a highly organized and efficient Telecommunications Dispatcher to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate dispatching of telecommunications services, assisting in emergency situations, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective communication between customers and technicians.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of telecommunications operations.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and coordinate the dispatching of telecommunications technicians to service requests, including troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance tasks;
• Efficiently manage the routes, routing technicians, make sure the technicians use right routed status;
• Answer emails or text messages from customers and clients about technicians’ status and routes;
• Reschedule jobs and contact customers to set up or reschedule a new appointment;
• Communicate with Supervisor to move or relocate the jobs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or related field is preferred;
• Proficient verbal and written English skills;
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and work without supervision.
