- Responsible for assisting dispatching & scheduling of 10+ Field Service Technicians
- Billing, invoicing, servicing tickets
- Tracking employee hours & payroll
- Preparing & tracking proposals
- Answering & directing phone calls
- Working with subcontractors and paperwork involved with them
- Handling customer inquiries and scheduling
- General office work
Hourly Rate: $13-16 per hour (Based on experience)

- 2+ years of Dispatching experience in the same or similar field
- HS Diploma or GED required; Degree preferred
- Experience with Apple computers and software highly preferred
- Experience creating spreadsheets and documents also highly preferred
