What You Will Do 

• Lead Coupang's real estate development and construction strategy across Taiwan, supporting the company's rapid business expansion.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including site selection, feasibility studies, design, permitting, construction, and facility launch.
• Manage relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, landlords, and government agencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Workplace teams to align facility development with business needs.

  

Basic Qualifications  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale construction, real estate development, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Proven track record managing complex capital projects from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, contractor management, budgeting, permitting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners.

  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Logistics and supply chain facilities / Retail and commercial developments.
• Industrial and manufacturing engineering projects / Manufacturing plant construction.
• Large-scale civil infrastructure projects / Hospital and healthcare facility construction.
• Distribution centers, fulfillment centers, industrial parks, and other large-scale operational facilities.
