Director - Sustainability

Jasara Program Management Company is a joint venture between PIF, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, delivering social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia through a solutions-based approach. The company plays a meaningful role in supporting Vision 2030, with a focus on shaping infrastructure that serves communities and advances long-term national priorities.

This is an opportunity to lead sustainability at both program and corporate level, helping define how environmental, social, and governance priorities are translated into measurable outcomes. In this role, you will work across teams and stakeholders to strengthen sustainability strategy, guide implementation, and help embed forward-looking practices into major infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability strategy across major social infrastructure programs and corporate initiatives.
• Develop ESG goals, metrics, and reporting frameworks aligned with Vision 2030.
• Partner with project teams to embed sustainability into planning and delivery.
• Engage stakeholders to advance sustainability compliance, innovation, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, or a related field.
• 18+ years leading sustainability initiatives in infrastructure or large-scale development, including experience embedding sustainability requirements into project planning and delivery.
• Deep expertise in ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting standards, and sustainability performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi sustainability priorities and Vision 2030 objectives.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders across government, consultants, and delivery partners.
• LEED, Envision, GRI, ISSP, or a similar professional certification.
