Director, Solution Enablement

Maximus is currently seeking a Director, Solutions Enablement. The Director, Solution Enablement leads early‑stage discovery, Business Architecture, and readiness across Engineering Services and Delivery. This role ensures initiatives are well‑defined, accurately scoped, and collaboratively estimated by partnering with Architecture, Engineering, Quality Engineering, PMO, and Business Operations. The Director creates a strong foundation for predictable delivery outcomes by aligning business strategy, cost, and timelines before execution begins. This role establishes a strong foundation for accurate scope, cost, and delivery timelines through close collaboration with Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, PMO, and Business Operations teams. Because of contract obligations, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen or Green Crad holder. This is a remote position.
