Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Be the key interface for the Business line Sense and Control regarding logistics and supply chain
• Perform and control supply chain functions for Sense and Control Business line, which may include, but are not limited to, logistics, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution
• Enable the generation of revenue by assessing bottlenecks; based on that trigger to resolve these bottlenecks together with our production planners
• Focus on resources for continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis
• Promote alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization

Your Profile
You are a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. You are able to work effectively with a team and have a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders. You are also a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, able to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions with your team. Furthermore, you inspire others with your ideas and explain even complex issues clearly and convincingly.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or similar
• At least 10 years relevant working experience and deep understanding of semiconductor supply chain
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proven track of leadership skills
• Problem solving capabilities by thorough analysis
• Experience of semiconductor manufacturing
• Fluent English communication skills, German as a plus
