Who You Are:

  • Own the enterprise-wide, multi-year Quote-to-Cash transformation roadmap, aligning technology investments, process redesign, and AI adoption with firm priorities.

  • Lead business and technology transformation across the revenue lifecycle, balancing near-term improvements with long-term platform modernization.

  • Drive modernization of the firm's Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, including enterprise applications, integrations, data platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Serve as the senior technology partner to Finance, Pricing, Revenue Management, Practice Management, Client Operations, and firm leadership.

  • Coordinate a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, vendors, implementation partners, and technology teams to deliver an integrated transformation program.

  • Establish governance, delivery standards, change management practices, KPIs, and value realization measures appropriate for a highly regulated, client-focused environment.

  • Lead and develop teams of analysts, developers, and functional experts, fostering both technical excellence and business acumen.

  • Own strategic vendor relationships, technology budgets, and investment decisions, ensuring measurable business value and operational outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 12+ years of leadership experience in enterprise applications, finance systems, revenue management, or large-scale business transformation.

  • Proven success leading complex Quote-to-Cash, ERP, finance, or revenue lifecycle modernization programs.

  • Experience driving enterprise transformation across technology, process, operating model, data, and organizational change.

  • Demonstrated experience deploying AI, intelligent automation, analytics, or digital capabilities to improve business performance and user outcomes.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms supporting financial, operational, or professional services workflows, including Aderant, Intapp, or comparable solutions.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, technology portfolios, and strategic vendor relationships across multiple geographies.
