Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Monitor production quality and co-work with cross function team for the best products quality improvement.
2.Internal/External quality data creation/collection/management for further analysis and process standardization as well.
3.Standard procedure creation/maintenance from the best quality point of view.
4.Monitor solution implementation and preventative mechanism.
5.Communicate with customers and cross function team directly to provide quality service.
6.Field site products quality control and co-work with worldwide quality team feedback and quality improvement.
7.Manage team for the best of product quality
 

Qualifications:

1. BS degree above
2. QC method and experience with quality assurance and issue analysis.
3. Well communication skills and teamwork.
4. EE and ME technology background.
5. Knowing Server / Storage / Rack / LCS products.
6. Independence, Diligent, Initiative and positive.
